2. Products

Metal Art World specializes in laser-cut metal wall art and custom-designed metal artworks.

We make every effort to display product colors, finishes, and dimensions as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, or the handcrafted nature of certain items.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have received permission from a legal guardian.

We sell to customers within the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar).

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment providers:

  • Checkout.com (Credit/Debit Cards)

  • Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later)

  • Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later)

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

5.1 Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom-made items may require additional production time.

5.2 Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from:
Sharjah or Ajman, United Arab Emirates

5.3 Delivery Times

Standard GCC delivery time: 2–7 business days
(UAE deliveries are often faster.)

5.4 Shipping Carriers

We work with professional GCC courier partners.
(The specific carrier may vary depending on destination and availability.)

5.5 Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot reach the customer due to incorrect address or lack of response, re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Free Cancellation Period

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a 100% full refund.

6.2 Cancellations After 24 Hours

If you request cancellation after 24 hours, you are eligible for a 70% refund.

6.3 Custom Products

Custom or personalized products are non-refundable once production has started.

If production has not started, a cancellation is possible, but a non-refundable custom design fee of USD 40 applies.

7. Returns & Refunds

We are a customer-first company and aim to provide the best possible quality. If something is wrong with your order, we will do our best to fix it.

7.1 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at:

7.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong product, please email us with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A description of the issue

We will replace or refund the item according to our assessment.

7.3 Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all original parts and accessories

Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED ITEM”.

7.4 Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

7.5 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7.6 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Products that show signs of use

8. Warranty

We provide warranty only in cases of manufacturer defects, as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.
No additional warranty is offered unless explicitly stated for specific products.

9. Pricing & Taxes

Prices on the website are displayed in the local currency of your selected region.
GCC customers typically do not incur customs fees for Metal Art products.
If any import fees occur outside of UAE, they are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product photos, logos, and written content on this website are the property of ATBULL L.L.C-FZ and are protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

  • We do not guarantee compatibility of products with every wall material or environment.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website or products is to discontinue using the site or request a refund where applicable.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, website use, or purchases will be exclusively handled by the Dubai Courts.
