If something isn’t right, we will do our best to make it right.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work when you purchase from ATBULL L.L.C-FZ, operator of metalartworld.com.
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Free Cancellation Period (24 Hours)
All standard orders include a 24-hour free cancellation window.
If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a 100% full refund.
1.2 Cancellations After 24 Hours
If you request cancellation after 24 hours, you will be eligible for a 70% refund.
This applies because materials are prepared, production slots allocated, and logistical processes initiated after the first 24 hours.
2. Custom & Personalized Products
Custom-designed metal artworks are made exclusively for you.
Because of their personalized nature:
2.1 No Returns or Refunds
Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, unless the item has a manufacturer defect.
2.2 Cancellation of Custom Orders
If production has not yet begun, you may request cancellation.
However, please note:

A non-refundable custom design fee of USD 40 applies

Once production starts, the order becomes non-cancellable
3. Return Requests (Non-Custom Products)
If you wish to return a non-custom product, please contact us within:

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received:

A defective item

A damaged item

An incorrect item
Please email us immediately with:

Clear photos of the issue

Explanation of the problem
Once verified, we will:

Replace the item at no cost, or
-
Issue a refund, depending on your preference and stock availability
We always aim to resolve such cases fairly and quickly.
5. Conditions for Returned Products
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused
-
Be in its original packaging
-
Include all accessories and mounting parts
-
Be in resellable condition
We reserve the right to reject returned items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
IMPORTANT:
Please clearly write "RETURNED ITEM" on the outside of the package to avoid customs misunderstandings or delays.
6. Return Shipping Costs
All shipping expenses for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

Our error

A manufacturing defect

An incorrect item sent
In such cases, we cover the return or replacement shipping costs.
7. Refund Method
Refunds for returned products will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to improper installation or handling
