This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on metalartworld.com are processed, shipped, and delivered by ATBULL L.L.C-FZ.

We ship exclusively within the GCC region, including:
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.


1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our production and logistics facilities located in:

  • Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

  • Ajman, United Arab Emirates

The shipping location depends on product type, stock availability, and operational workflow.


2. Processing Time

Standard Processing Time:

1–3 business days

Custom-made items may require additional processing or production time.
We will notify you if extended preparation time is required.

Processing time does not include weekends or UAE public holidays.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for GCC countries:

We partner with established GCC courier companies to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Depending on your location, we may use one or more of the following:

  • Professional UAE/GCC courier partners (carrier selection may vary)

Your shipping carrier may differ depending on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Availability

  • Shipment type

  • Warehouse location

A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight/dimensions.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for selected regions.


6. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

Couriers will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer not available to receive the package

Re-delivery fees or return-to-sender fees may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

There are generally no customs duties for shipments within the GCC region.

However, if a shipment is subject to customs clearance (rare cases), the customer is responsible for any applicable import fees.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

  • Tracking information (if available)

We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • Countries outside the GCC

  • PO boxes (unless supported by local couriers)

  • Restricted or remote areas where courier access is limited
